Other legal authorities defined concept as means drawings (in plan and elevation) and/or 3-dimensional models, a written description, proposed materials and samples and cost estimates at 30% design completion. The information provided in Conceptual Design shall be complete enough to fully illustrate the design intent of the Artwork.

We have an outstanding group of engineers and drafters in Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing,
Fire Protection, and everything in between. We can help you as Engineers of Record or just plain and simple engineering and drafting support.
Drafting Services
On board, we have experienced drafters. We use the latest technology to create, illustrate, and visualize all the engineering principles and concepts based on the current Florida Building Code, NFPA codes, and local ordinances to meet the expectations and code compliance.
Plans Peer Review
Peer review is almost a forgotten service. We review the plans designed by others to assure quality in order to minimize the revision process by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and other Private Providers. The most important thing for business owners and developers is to prioritize time.
